Our holdings are in excess of 3.5 million square feet located in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Puerto Rico, and Virginia. We have a long history of success by identifying and repositioning undervalued properties. Current holdings cover all asset classes, including residential, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, marinas, data centers, parking facilities, solar arrays and developable land parcels.
We are able to quickly assess an opportunity, create an add-value strategy, and accelerate the closing. Being a privately held company, Janco Development has the ability to deploy discretionary equity toward complex transactions that would normally challenge firms using conventional means of financing.
BIOGRAPHY
Founder/President, Joseph C. Jannetty, has been in the real estate industry since 1984. He began his career as a licensed investment sales broker in New York City. It was here that he began acquiring properties for his own portfolio in 1990. In addition to amassing his own holdings, Mr. Jannetty was Director of Acquisitions for Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation. AAC is a privately held real estate company and a leader in the retail sector, with a portfolio of over 10 million square feet nationwide. During Mr. Jannetty’s tenure, AAC purchased over one billion dollars’ worth of real estate. Drawing from the insight that comes from longevity in a range of markets, Janco Development has now grown to hold a broad range of assets.
